Reviewing each student’s Individual Graduation Plan (IGP)
College & Career planning
Applying to college
Applying for college Financial Aid -- Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application
Program changes
Personal issues
Referrals to community organizations/programs, such as ROP, internships, and other opportunities available to students
